What is a business advisor? As your advisor I am available to give you business advice as you identify issues that you have already identified are problems. Either I help you see the various possible outcomes or I help identify additional options you have not thought of yourself. In any case I only make suggestions and ask questions not by tell you what to do. We do this together in a series of two hour meetings, usually monthly, sometimes more frequently depending upon the urgency of your situation.

As you identify the problems and solutions you want to implement, our meetings serve as a means for me to hold you accountable for meeting your commitments to yourself.

As your business advisor I will also suggest a number of additional resources that are available to help you in moving your business objectives forward. I am very careful to offer these resources on a as needed basis so as to not overwhelm anyone with more information than is necessary to deal with your current situation. One of my gifts is seeing the “big picture” and often when business people are working in their business it is hard to work on the business, this is an area where I add an invaluable service. By asking key questions I am able to get to see how today’s problems maybe a symptom of a much bigger problem, or not?
